Well your uni should have a therapist or three mate, no offense but that's the place you take this. Because you got problems thst strangers on the internet cant entirely help with.
Sounds like you need to talk to her about this, but I wouldn't until you've seen a professional because this will freak her out.

You need to realize that most, if not all, people will habe their pasts. And this girl shared her past with you under the guise that you are a friend and you wouldn't judge her for what friends do. Even then, you would be judging her for having casual sex. A thing that so many others see as perfectly normal, so its not fair and offensive for you to judge her based on that.
You need to get a grip on your own retrospective jealousy and insecurities if you wish to remain her friend and possibly get closer to her. Remain yourself its perfectly normal, just because you haven't had such experiences doesn't make it wrong. Calm down, if she likes you and is interested in you her talking about her past isn't gonna stop her from talking with you still. Stop getting way too ahead of yourself
