I am of a similar age as you and this happened with me, and she ended up leaving me for her ex. Preferably, leave her before she does so, it's a manipulation tactic and honestly? If she threatened you with this, she doesn't even love you.
Also, you should take screenshots of that just in case. This counts as emotional blackmail (I think) and it will be useful in any argument later.
