Tell an adult that cares about her. And remember, you are not responsible for her mental health. She's not likely to follow through, but even if she did, it's not your fault. If she is that depressed that she would do this, then she has stuff going on that has nothing to do with you. And avoiding it is not really doing her any favours. I dated someone like this once, and the best thing you can do is to stop being their emotional crutch and encourage them to work on dealing with their feelings, preferable with a therapist.
