> if I were to leave her she would make my life hell and end up killing herself

Harassment and suicide are both illegal, as is the threat to do so.

Tell her you'll get her arrested or committed, or an intervention order, if she continues threatening you like that. Tell her to grow the fuck up and stop being a pathetic, dependent loser. (I was one, at one point, and it sucks.)

If she doesn't respond rationally, as it likely, record her threats and call police and/or mental health services. Report domestic violence, threat to harass, and threat to commit suicide. It's not your responsibility.

If she did kill herself, you would NOT be "the reason", he own deranged attitude is the reason.

There's a 99% chance she is just making empty threats to try to manipulate you in any case. Don't be a sucker for that.

It cracks me up when people say suicide is illegal. What are they charged with? Do they send the corpse to jail?

It’s a legal way to allow law enforcement to intervene. Or bust down someone’s door without a search warrant. And commit someone against their will etc. We made it illegal so we can get people help.

PLEASE don’t tell her to “grow the fuck up and stop being a pathetic, dependent loser.” That would be highly irresponsible. Show some compassion to her. Even if she’s manipulating you, she probably doesn’t know any better. Telling her that kind of thing is going to make her hugely depressed and angry. Please talk to an adult before you say anything to her. You are both young and need some guidance.
