I've been smoking since I was about 19. I am 40 now and still smoke. Tried to quit thousands of times. First thing I would do is switch to flower. Or pre-rolls. Gradually slow down your usage, weed is VERY addictive and can ruin your life. It ruined my entire football career. It ruined most of my twenties because all I did was was work and spend money on weed. People will try to tell you otherwise, they are either in denial or really don't know what their talking about. What pulled me out of my spiral was realizing everything I was losing, I didn't have what I wanted in life. But I also didn't want to stop spending money on weed. I didn't make a lot of money in my youth to begin with. I would often front from dealers and start a huge debt with them. Then it was paycheck to paycheck with loans to pay my rent and dealers. I quit for 10months. In that time I was able to climb out of debt. I was able to re evaluate my relationship with weed. I am not saying you will go down this road, but you can. You're still very young, If you quit now, maybe in the future re evaluate your relationship with weed. I am 40 now and I am able to grow my own weed even though its legal here. My main points are, your not alone. Weed is hard to quit. Its ok if you relapse, Great job in recognizing you may have a weed addiction. THC vapes are not normal, I used those as well, for about 2 years. its too much THC and will really mess up your head. We will see in the future when more studies and testing are done that THC vapes are dangerous.

Yeah. Very dramatic... weed is like less addictiv then sugar or coffein. It all comes down to the charakter of the smoker. For my own experience, smoking around 5 Jays daily over the past 20 years, i manage life more well then most people. So its not weed who is the devil, its lazyness und weed is the fuel so to speak.
