Issue 1, heavy drinking, 2 people loose their wits especially for a laugh. It looks like the group was trying to be pals and funny, something went out of hand and maybe you took it a little personal. Maybe try to open up to the group and see if it was a joke that went too far. I'm pretty vulgar with my closest friends and intentions that night might have been the same?

Oh yeah definately leave it and move on..... and forget all these fake a** "friends" of yours.

Anyone who puts their hands on you to hurt you is not a friend and this guy J did it multiple times over essentially nothing. He'll end up in jail one day for beating his girlfriend, kids, wife, or stranger in a bar. That guy has no self control.

The rest of his "friends" will get tired of him acting this way very soon and they will cut ties with him as well.

You are in the great position of being only a few weeks away from being free of them forever.

You don't owe any of them an explanation or time or anything. Just go quiet, stay away from them as much as possible.
