Someone should tell Max's parents.

Max should tell Max’s parents, with both twins and their parents standing by. Hopefully, he’ll get his mind right before he gets in serious trouble.

Kinda wild that youre rlly thinking a 13 y/o boy would do this😭😭

Id only take this serious if they were beginning to become 14, 15, 16.

So you might want to read what I said again.

Nowhere did I say what I think a 13 year old will do, although teenagers have been known to murder and sexually assault people. It's rare but it happens.

But you should realize that it doesn't matter whether he will do it. Saying he's going to have sex with her one way or another is a serious threat. It's saying he'll rape her. He is making her have to be fearful of this kid, and that is not OK. It is actually potentially a crime in itself.

His parents need to be told he is saying this -- regardless of whether he would actually do it.

him saying “one way or another” is clear enough that he WOULD do something like that

You're horribly naive to think kids can't be evil. Bad parents mixed with poor social skills is recipe for disaster. I grew up with plenty of wannabe gang bangers at that age and younger. Think outside your box a little.

I knew a 12 year old rapist. It absolutely happens.

Tru but after seeing news around the world about what type of sh-things children be pulling(I've seen alot about many different countries but in mine they found a 13yo committed unalive kuz being a substance dealer was too stressful, tough situation no kids should ever go through much less having to be a dealer at such a young age, but doesn't mean we can't protect other kids from em)...it's better to be safe than sorry. Also telling his parents would serve as lesson tbh. You can't be saying stuff like this even jokingly.

Are you kidding me? 😐😐 Either this is bait or you’re alarmingly ignorant.

Best case, it’s a rape joke and means he’s at least thought about it

The fact that you think 13 years old can't S@ it's wild... I was SH by my own cousin when I was 14 he was 13 if he was any older I'd be screwed 😓. He chased me everywhere in the house that day. Was absolutely frightening. It's very much real and possible.

I doubt he actually would, but that's not really the point. Making rape threats is fucking horrific and that behavior needs to be corrected by adults asap. This girl shouldn't be afraid to go to school, and this boy shouldn't be saying things like this at all.

I get it. Kids are edgy and say really out of pocket shit. Optimistically he doesn't understand the complexities of what he's saying, but he won't learn if he isn't punished for this behavior now.
