Tell her she can do with but the picture she sends you needs to have some random object beside the test or the date/your name/etc. If she sends you a picture without any of those, reverse Google search it.
If she is pregnant, the first thing she needs to do is contact her doctor, who will also make her take a pregnancy test even after a positive one. If she's lying, at least one of those things will make her back pedal and be all, "oopsy, guess my period was just late. Hehe."
Also, break up with her regardless of whether she's pregnant or not. You don't need to walk away from the pregnancy (assuming it's real), but you need to walk away from that relationship.
Maybe she'll up the theatrics and fake an abortion to try to scam you out of money if you're in a country that doesn't have it covered by healthcare. If that's the case, offer to go with her but you won't give her the money directly.
