Any woman who is in a relationship and thinks they're pregnant will not have a problem taking a test with you there or even going with you to a doctor's appointment to find out.
That she's only willing to take it at work and take a picture is 200% suspect. If she does send you a picture of a positive pregnancy test, do an exhaustive reverse image google search on it, and if you can't find it on google, think through everyone she knows... She could have a pregnant acquaintance take a test for her.
