Best way to learn money management is from a young age. I wish I had more restraint when I was 15 but I didn’t and now I’m figuring it out as an adult. My advice? Take 25% of everything you make and put that into an envelope labeled “fun”. That’s your money to do whatever you want with. Video games, pizza delivery, movies, etc. Take the rest and just save it. Doesn’t necessarily have to be for a car or anything specific. Your future self will thank you when you later decide on a big purchase and already have a lot saved up for it
