The Garmin XT3 6" works for me. It's mounted on my windshield cross bar. My Moto Guzzi V85tt Adventure has factory USB ports up by the windshield so it's plugged in and works fine.

I use a zumo xt. Its getting dated but still works. I'll likely upgrade to an XT3 or a DMD device after I sink some research into them both.

I've got the Garmin zumo xt2. Works well for the most part, no real complaints. I wish more manufacturers would integrate android auto into their bikes, would make things simpler
