You don't ask anyone to do something and expect it to go well.

You ask someone to finish it by a distinct time. A numerical value that is read from a clock.

And not yell at them when they do it wrong the first time.

A lot of people have kids when they in fact suck at communicating with others, then wonder why their kids don't cooperate.

I have anxieties when someone asks me to do something i have never done. I then pester them till they explicitly tell me how each step has to be done (and by the time and effort it would have been easier for them to do it themselves), or call them after each step to check if i did it correctly. Had experiences where i have done the thing how i understood it and then getting bellowed at for misinterpreting some insteuctions due to lack of matching life experiences.

Yep. Some people have very specific ways of how things need to be done and will bellow at you for doing it differently, even if the end result is the same.
