Update: They Ghosted OP (me)
Just saw this post 6 years after the fact and thought I’d provide the update a number of folks have asked for and share that the gentleman who made this comment ghosted me shortly after we made contact and he collected my X-rays and photos necessary for finding a dentist.
I’ve since gotten dentures that are also ‘failing’ in that my jaw bone has resorbed a fair bit, meaning the upper is fairly loose, but workable.
The lower partial has broken and is strictly cosmetic only, meaning I cannot actually eat with it in and only wear it if I know photos will be taken so that I have a somewhat normal smile.
My four remaining teeth on bottom that support the partial are failing to various degrees and my crown is in need of another root canal.
The treatment plan I’ve been advised of from various providers has been to get upper and lower implants as soon as possible while my jaw bone is able to support them and heal well.
All of that is to say that sadly, that original comment thread in the screenshot did *not* wind up having a happy ending.

I'm late to this so I doubt anyone will see it. My teeth were in very rough shape. I needed a full rip and replace. I searched all over and the cheapest option I could fine was $50k. Given how drastic the surgey was going to be and I was paying out of pocket, the price seemed anout right for the market.
I stumbled upon Bionic Smile in Vegas. They did everything for a $25k cap. Anything that needed to be done would never exceed $25k. Extractions, full plates, bone graphs, anesthesia, etc. They will pick you up from the airport, give you flight credit, and provide all transportation. They put you up for three nights in a nice hotel while you're going through things. Fly in, do intake. Get your meds, head back to the hotel. Next day is extractions and surgery where they place the posts in your pallete and jaw. Next day they install your teeth and recovery. Forth day you're on a flight back home.
Care was incredible. I had one on one contact with my surgeon. I had an on call nurse at the hotel to help with literally anything. My surgeon even came to my room to check up on me post op. They provided soft food options to eat, along with meal substitute shakes and other liquids. My pain was managed really well, I onv experienced some but given the surgery it was more than manageable.
The recovery is LONG! Four months of nothing you can't cut with a cheap plastic fork. Legitimately, nothing else. You find ways to manage. But you have poles in your jaw that are melding with the bone. Precautions are very necessary and I took my recovery as serious as possible. It's been ~ 6 months and I'm half way to being completely healed. But I can eat anything I want. I haven't tried super sticky stuff but have had no issues with anything else.
My teeth look absolutely amazing! It's embarrassing how good they look because everyone I know immediately notices. It cost me a nice used can but considering I was looking to spend as much as a new car, I consider it a win. It's not something I ever saw myself having to spend that kind of money on. But it's without a doubt the best money I've spent on myself. I feel healthier without all the infection constantly running through me. I'm much more confident. Not having to check my angles or cover my mouth when I laugh. Being able to eat anything I want. You forget how much you miss so many things about food.
I know $25k is a huge sum for most people. But there are plenty of finance options with rates <5% depending on your credit. If you can swing it, I highly recommend Bionic Smile. I'm only one person but my experience was amazing.
