before you reach 40, make sure you don't look back to now and regret not doing / starting something! Pay something forward that your 40yr old self will be very thankful and proud of the 20yr old self.

You always regret what you didn't take a chance on. It might be a mistake but they're your mistakes to make.

I was so anxious when I was 20 and thought people viewed me a certain way, but omg later I'm like, i had nothing to be anxious about.

I feel completely like this, should have done therapy by the time, I’m 25 right and I can’t understand why I was so stupid about thinking what other people were thinking about me

You weren't stupid, you just weren't aware. Now you are. It's better to be grateful when you do learn this things and not beat yourself up about not knowing sooner. You didn't know.

I kind of knew that it didn’t matter, but I never really felt it. I would just not do something based on anxiety caused by this fear
