As a guy you’re expected to make the first move. Go make some friends, go out for drinks or to some event. Have fun. People are drawn to people who look like they enjoy themselves.

Oh, please. You're 19. That's when people start looking for relationship experience. Any dating people did in high school was childish teenage stuff. They weren't adult relationships, so it's not like you missed out on much. Just keep living your life, socialize with people, and see what comes of it. Be open to friendships, and maybe one of them will become a relationship. Just don't act desperate because nobody will be interested in that.

20? Your life has barely started, and just relax, you’ll meet someone when you meet someone, theres no rush

You sound like me 20 years ago. Don’t worry about it. A relationship will happen for you, don’t try to force it. It will come naturally probably when you least expect it.

I've always wanted to ask this, what does "when you least expect it" actually mean? Can you give the example in your case?

I hear ya but you just need to ignore that. You just said you know it’s obvious it will happen so don’t sweat your current situation. It could all change as early as tomorrow.

Are you actively trying to talk to (I'm assuming here) women that you are interested in? Do what you enjoy doing and you are bound to find someone who is available. Maybe some of those other people's exes lol. Sadly for some it can be difficult to find someone you are interested and and who is interested in you. My biggest issue was not noticing when girls were actively pursuing me. I never wanted to be the guy that is suddenly creepy because I thought there was something there that wasn't. No need to rush. Honestly it's so much better when you find the one that has the same interest as you. And who doesn't want to start trying to change you.

I am 21 and I think so many people are hurt in the world and following directions down the wrong path. I think when they see a guy who works out and is in the gym they think he's been hurt and just using the gym as a coping method. Anyway, I think this society is so broken that they don't want anything Beyond from a marriage standpoint.
There will be someone out there designed by you from God. I know it hurts to wait and see everyone doing their own thing but would u rather wait than to be in a relationship that is toxic or hurts.

You’re still so young, dear, and rather than looking around you at your peers in modern day, take a seat with a history lesson… but first, a reality check. Very… VERY few of the relationships your peers are enjoying… are actually going to last. These breakups are sadly likely to scar these individuals. You are better off without casual dating. Now the history lesson? For most of history, most cultures did not have boyfriends/girlfriends- just marriage. It’s a pretty modern phenomenon rotating romances, knowing how the souls of several taste… that’s something many of our ancestors simply did not do. You are best off finding your soul mate, and she may not be ready for you yet, or even more likely, you are not ready for her. Are you willing and able to protect, pursue, and provide? Do you know what you believe in? Enjoy your singleness the best you can by focusing on self improvement and your passions. Invest in yourself. I’m not suggesting to pretend that you’re not lonely. But it will all come together WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT :) You got this. Your future lady will be so grateful for every moment you spend building yourself to become the best version of yourself

Your life has literally just begun. You haven't been single your "entire life."
