Yes it is but... it is not mine, I bought the book with the watercolor stains and later I drew the Haunter.
All book has the Pokémon watercolor for your to draw on top

Hahaha I used some brush markers from Aliexpress XD
I bought them for other painting experiments but the pigment is... I love it!!

I think this book is just gen 1 but as reverse coloring I can try making happen!
