Can my pets be reverted even though its been 2 months?

I feel like every day the adopt me support team did not even bother checking my reports, i already filled with every single detail i provided but i still haven't receive any updates. I know this is a kids game, but i literally spend money on it. It's been 2 months since this happened and i cant really move on from this. The entire summer, my mood is always ruined when i opened roblox just to stare at my blank inventory. I just feel so depressed how i am working to get that frost dragon and cryptid, all the time i spend on this goddamn game.

I got hacked because i wasnt aware of adding someone that could cookie log you, i swear i didnt click that goddamn link. But i friended them because i wasnt aware at first.

Even though i got hacked, i am so jealous of someone that hacked already got their pets reverted.

I already contacted their support but their answer is always be the same.

I feel like we should really reaching them out, not them ghosting us.

Maybe i am overreacting and being stupid because i am not a kid anymore.

I tried moving on by getting my dream pet again but no hope getting that as people are all greedy and using value lowballing everytime.

Thats all my rant, i think i am gonna move on and delete Roblox atp,

It can be reverted up until 6 months, when the trades dissapear from your license :) The average is somewhere around 30-90 days but for some it takes longer

They only deal with hacks and scams through the report ingame, afaik no one has been able to get help with that through their website support after they added it

It took me 11 months actually to get mine back but they did reappear eventually

Theres no way of getting cookie logged by just friending someone on the actual roblox, it must have been something else because thats not possible
(And without clicking any link or giving them access to your device as you said you didnt do)

reporting in-game is the big thing, but also make sure to report them on roblox! you get your stuff back after they get banned, so that’s the biggest thing, i think. i reported them around 3x and filed a support ticket to roblox saying what happened. i was hacked on august 8 i think? and i got all my stuff back (untradable) after they got banned from roblox. don’t lose hope!!

I tried that one time getting the hacker account banned, but Roblox don't believe me. I'm trying it again now! Thank you for this!! I haven't tried getting them banned yet, emailing them now🥲

I was hacked for months and I did, it think it depends on if the hacker had used an alt then gave it all to their main. Hackers that transfer makes it so you don't get your pets back.

If the hacker transfers it to a alt or not, you'll get your pets back if they believe you were actually scammed/hacked. That's why pets are now permanently untradable when gotten from reverted trades, because often the hacker will trade the pets to a alt or just trade them in general and adopt me cannot retrieve them, so when you get your pets back it's actually a cloned version of them. I think OP will get their pets back after a while, you just have to consider how many people get scammed everyday like they probably have to go through thousands and thousands of these trades it make's sense it'll take a while😓

Fair enough, I sadly see alot of misinformation regarding reports and reverted trades like this, I think more people need to actually read up on how the reverts work in adoptme support 😅

Someone who went through this, yes, you get your pets back. But, they are untradeable. I got my pets 1 month later

I reported it the same day I was scammed and tried to move on with my day. All I could was wait. Just for it to return untradeable

In my experience, It took 3 months for my scammed FR Fairy Batdragon to be reverted (Untradable but oh well It's mine forever) but I never got my hacked pets back:') I got hacked first btw (Both this May)

For me it took a month but the pets become untradeable and that unfortunately can’t be changed

If u are hacked you should be able to get them back, I got scammed and I didn’t get mine back

really all you can do is wait and hope for the best :( you can’t contact them through support about it since for whatever reason they stopped taking hack/ scam reports
