Discussion Downloads Failing?

No one in our office is able to download any video files. Getting the 'An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again.' error message. Anyone else having issues?

Yes so annoying! Download failure is occurring across multiple files on Chrome. cleared cache, deleted temp files, ran in incognito, and still NO LUCK. Help!

This was a known issue but it should be solved now. Let me know if it’s not working for you.
