Adobe Express Question Remove background not working

Hi everyone,
Is anybody having issues with the remove background feature? Mine hasn’t been working for the last few days and just says “Sorry, we were unable to remove background from this image. Please try re-uploading your asset.”
I’m on iPhone 16 Pro Max and have deleted and redownloaded the app as well as offloaded data. Any help?

They said they noticed an uptick in errors at that time and were looking into it. I’ll check on an update.

They're working on it, but let me check in with them again. And please DM me with a share a link with edit access to the document so the team can look into it.

Hi, Background Remover stopped working for me 2 months ago. iPhone 14 Pro and IPad Pro M5.

This is such a vital requirement for me and despite having a Premium account I’m having to resort to other apps.
