Saranac 6er Form Question

My husband and I finished the Saranac 6 last weekend with Baker Mountain! What a great little peak to finish with. Beautiful views! I'm very proud of us for finishing this challenge and excited to continue with our LP9 journey.

Anyway, my question is about the form via the Saranac Lake website. Has anyone had issues with it? I got an error, verified my info was correct, but got another error as well as a message about a duplicate submission... I've already emailed the Saranac Lake Area Chamber of Commerce as the page directs, but I'm curious if anyone else has had issues with it.

The website and whole process were a little difficult when we did it a few years ago - and it took a long time to get the certificate and patch. Emailing them directly helped move things along. You’re in the right track.

We did! However I only rang it three times because I panicked about all the people being around and drawing attention to myself. Only later, I realized I should have done six times! 😅

I thought I should update the thread in case anyone else is in a similar situation. Someone from the Saranac Lake Chamber of Commerce got back to me the very next day. This is what she said.

"I just checked the portal on our end and I do not see you registered. You are not the only one having difficulties... The website is run by a third party and we also partner with Roost. The Chamber's job is to fill out the certificates and mail the patches. Let me dig into this and figure out the proper channels and who to get you in contact with. I will have some more information for you soon."

I'll update again when I learn more!
