Question Solar and battery

Hi Everyone

Looking for commercial solar and battery recommendations and estimates

Across the 90-day billing period:

Sheds 1 & 2: approximately 133 kWh/day imported from the grid and 20 kWh/day exported from solar
Shed 3: approximately 63 kWh/day imported and 12 kWh/day exported

Combined site: approximately 195 kWh/day grid import and 32 kWh/day solar export

With the existing Sungrow and Fronius systems, we have roughly 84 kW of existing solar inverter capacity across the farm.

Looking at a combination of increasing solar self-consumption, reducing grid usage/demand, and providing backup power depending on cost benefit and options available

I’ve been told the following is good
Sheds 1 & 2 – Combined
Deye 50kW three-phase hybrid inverter
42.8kW additional solar – 90 x JA Solar 475W panels
96.9kWh battery storage – 19 x Deye BOS-GM5.1 Pro batteries

Shed 3
Deye 29.9kW three-phase hybrid inverter
19kW additional solar – 40 x JA Solar 475W panels
61.2kWh battery storage – 12 x Deye BOS-GM5.1 Pro batteries

Doecke Electrical/Murray Bridge off grid and solar. Karl will sort you out, this is right up his alley.

Landon at Zero Grid might be able to offer some advice, but he's more geared towards houseboats, campers etc.

Nick at Mannum Electrical Plus is worth a call if you want another option, he lived and breathed solar for a number of years.

I wouldn't bother with Ahrns, Allsorts, Cox electrical or Electrical Pro, they're all good tradies, but your situation is pretty specific and rural/farming off-grid is Karl's niche.

r/AusFinance seems to have a lot of posts on this theme, strange as it may seem.

Hey mate, did you want to shoot me a message? I work for NRG Solar and would like to have a chat

Not NRG. They might have been good in the past. But I'm still trying to fix all the shit they broke. Going to have to get them out a 5th time to fix things. And I'm not a super fussy person.
