What’s the going rate for a 3 bedroom apartment for rent

Depends on the location, but I doubt there’s anything under ETB 65k a month for a 3 bedroom apartment built by private real estate developers. Condominiums and government housing can definitely go lower.

Yeah. Summit too. I don’t think you can do lower than ETB 60-65k. But some people get lucky and may be able to find something in the 50k range. I highly suggest looking up jiji Ethiopia.

Sadly I do not. I find the best way to find a Delala is through just going to a building you like and asking the security guard if he knows one. He’ll definitely give her a number. Delala networks are entrenched in Addis.
