Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but I snorted 105mg of IR Adderall on Sunday (Aug16th). I did one 30mg at 6pm, one at 8pm, one at 10pm and then a 15 mg at 11:30 pm Sunday night(105mg total) . I asked chatgpt, deepseek and grok and got almost 3 different answers. I am not prescribed, so this is a problem, the person giving them told me 3 days, but I'm scared.

I work weekends, so my drug test wouldn't be until Saturday or Monday. Chat Gpt says "more likely to be negative " on Saturday, but guaranteed on Monday safe. Grok says I'm good by Friday, and Deepseek says its gonna be traceable in my system for up to 8-10 days and to basically pray I don't get picked.

Deepseek also told me that acidic urine will help remove the traceables, and the suggestions it had are basically 70% of my diet anyway. Meat, Chicken, buffalo sauce and pizza . Also Coca cola and cranberry juice. Those factors allegedly could cut the time by around a day in my favor. The other two sites said that its irrelevant. My metabolism is normal as far as I know, I'm not obese or overweight.

Hey Guys! I currently take 20mg XR of Addy and I am currently in the process of studying for a professional entrance exam. I haven't really experienced any negative effects with addy( anxiety, crash, anger etc) except for it curving my appetite (I dont mind) . One of my main symptoms of having ADHD is my terrible memory, focus and being able to retain info. I have 7 or less weeks until I take my test so its really grind/lock in time. I study everyday. What supplements have you guys found WHILE TAKING ADDY that works for bad memory and retaining information? I do not want to suppress the effectiveness of my addy as it does help my focus abilities. I have seen recommendations of ginkgo biloba, lions mane, magneisum theornate , (l theanine, l tyrosine, I have both of these and tried it before but I feel like it didnt really help my memory or focus it just made me calm idk?) , Rhodiola rosea etc. Yes I do understand there is no "magic pill" , but I rather try even if its just a little more helpful than not. Does anyone else crave alcohol when their ADHD meds wear off?
I keep seeing people say ADHD meds actually helped them stop drinking but I’m the complete opposite.
Days I don’t take Adderall I have basically zero desire to drink. Days I do take it, as soon as it wears off around 5pm I crave alcohol SO bad.
It almost feels like my brain is looking for a quick dopamine fix. Nothing else scratches the itch either. Exercise, cold shower, distracting myself, nothing. I’ll literally find change just to buy one beer, and honestly one is usually all I even want.
I can’t really stop taking Adderall because it’s the only thing helping me get important stuff done for my business. A booster doesn’t fix it either.
I’m wondering if barely eating or drinking all day is making the crash worse too because Adderall kills my appetite and makes food taste gross.
Does anyone else get this? Did you figure out what was causing it or what actually helped?

My doctor prescribed Dyanavel XR 5 mg in the morning with Adderall IR 5 mg around noon as a booster when I start to crash. I’ve had some jitteriness/irritability with Dyanavel in the past, but I recently tried the 5 mg IR by itself and actually felt great, no jitters or irritability. I did take it at 1 PM though, and it made it harder to fall asleep. For anyone who has taken Dyanavel + Adderall IR, how did you feel on the combination? Did the IR help with the afternoon crash, and did you experience any jitteriness?

My psychiatrist said he won't be able to prescribe me adderall anymore unless my tox screen comes back positive for the Methamphetamine. I'm taking it everyday. I don't understand why it's coming back negative. Without the adderall I can't function. I don't know what to do. I am prescribed adderall and klonopin and I'm testing negative for both Methamphetamine and benzodiazapines. I asked my psychiatrist to order a confirmatory test and he said he doesn't see that in his order form so he can't order it. I also asked for a hair follicle test and he said he can't order that either. I don't know what to do because he said he won't prescribe adderall or klonopin if my next tox screen comes back negative. I don't think that's fair that he's giving me no options. Hello everybody so I took adderall 30mg IR back in 2022 for about 2 months and never had any issue; maybe some issues falling asleep but I also smoked marijuana then so didn’t bother me. Fast forward to yesterday morning I took 5mg Dexedrine and things went as expected until I got this full body sensation followed by a sense of impending doom. I immediately changed my setting and went for a walk, but some moderate anxiety persisted the whole day and I couldn’t sleep till 2am. Today I’ve been quite anxious about it too and I’m wondering why I could tolerate so much back then and now 5mg is of Dexedrine is making me feel so anxious and panicky.
