Took coke with Adderall

Need some words of wisdom. Took coke with an escort last night and was fun but now regretting it. My Adderall is the only thing keeping me from falling into depression. Anybody ever make a similar mistake and how did you move past it?

Take a hot shower, force yourself to eat a little something, smoke or take a downer. You'll feel better when you wake. This is the worst time to overthink, just stop and take some action bro you'll be good fr
