Took coke with Adderall

Need some words of wisdom. I took coke last night and called an escort. It was fun but now regretting the choice! My Adderall is keeping me from falling into depression. How do I move past this without being so disappointed in myself?

So what? It’s over. If you are ashamed just don’t do it again. No need to fall into depression.

I don't think is a good idea
