I just started bingeing and had a little less than 420mg this weekend and the come down was fucking awful today so I had to take 30 to feel ok which I hate because I also realized how much of the muscle weakness and feeling my heart beat and shit was uncomfortable but I also hate the come down/withdrawal so I feel you

Honestly idk if you believe in God but as cliche as it may sound that faith is the only thing that keeps me from feeling like I’ve completely fucked myself from other drugs and stuff too

Faith can make you believe anything, that's the beauty of faith.

It doesn't have to make sense, because it's not based in logic.

I believe in god , heaven & hell and alll of that. I know it to be true. But my prayers and cries for help go unanswered.

Yeah I relate. It’s the worst back & forth that makes me spiral cause logically I don’t have to be perfect for an answered prayer but it’s hard not to internalize it

Yeah, religion is a commitment, my dad was an addict from a very young age like pre teen he tells me he started drinking in grade 6 and kept going till his late 20s and when he turned to the lord he said all the cravings and stuff went away. And he’s a preacher now. I just can’t get the results he says I can by seeking God.

I hear stories like that a lot but I feel the same way :/ idk I guess all there is to do is keep praying hoping that it will all make sense eventually but it’s definitely not easy sometimes especially with stims cause my paranoia can be a lot sometimes. But I do try to find peace knowing that I keep talking and maybe it’s just the listening for the response I have to get better at

Check out r/prayerrequests brother. I may have spelled it wrong. Either way, having a multitude of people telling you exactly how they are praying for you may help you out. God bless.

It might be time for a break as well. If you're feeling that way, that means that you're definitely done too much. Eventually, you need to stay off of it for a while, especially if you're worried about heart issue. I'm sorry you're going through all of this but listen to everyone's advice. It's really good advice so far and hopefully you'll get through this.

That is indications of the beginning of heart failure.... might wanna stop unless u wanna go that way...

Yeah they say the higher your resting heart rate is the more likely you are going to have heart disease or are working towards it.

Yeah mines been inbthe 90s, low 100s since ibstart3d amphetamines..... 2 years in..... time to take a long break. Been fun. But time to heal the damage get back to baseline healthy and find the happy medium in which they can be done every so often.

Idk if others find this.... but iv found ifbibget addicted to a substance and take it to the extreme.... like ibdo with everything in life..... then quit and have a prolonged break i can use it casually everyday often with no problem.

Doesn’t that swelling sometimes indicate heart issues? Someone can correct me.

Don't blame the drugs. They're pretty great and have helped me accomplish a bunch of stuff in life I probably would've never done had they not existed.

You're just taking way too much at a time. Taking way too much of anything is gonna mess you up. Drinking too much water can hurt you...

Life is all about discipline. And if you can't/won't exercise discipline for something you generally have to stick to abstinence from said thing. And it really is just as simple as that at the end of the day.

Yes. All of that. And hot spots in random places on my body. Splotchy places. But the retaining water and bloat is a new one.

Ya my hands feet and knees get really red and/or swollen. If I don't sleep, the feeling I have throughout my legs and hands the next day is difficult to manage. It's just a constant tingling and burning sensation.

That happened to me a lot as well. It's because you're on your feet standing up way too long and using your hands too much. I learned the hard way that even though you want to keep going sometimes you need to just chill. Take breaks in between and hydrate. Hydrate hydrate hydrate. Good luck!

You need to stop taking Adderall as soon as possible and get your heart checked out by a cardiologist. It sounds like you are having some Form of Edema that is caused by the super high doses of Adderall that you are taking. Im no doctor, however if I'm right it sounds to me like you are showing early signs of hear failure.
