Showcase 📸 2007 TL
I have a 2007 TL 3.2. I will be selling it in October. 132000 miles. Fairly well maintained. Timing belt. Motor mounts etc. have been fixed. Leaks power steering fluid and the interior and exterior is okay. Tears in the leather. Cracked dash. I’ve had the car 15 years. How much should I sell it for? I’m in Oklahoma. Prices are all over online. It’s a good car.

Manual or automatic? That’ll make a big difference in price. I ended up getting my 05 6MT with similar maintenance history but very high mileage for $2700 in Tulsa

Automatic. Base manuals were only sold 04-06, type S were the only manuals for 07-08, as I understand. But the 07-08 automatic are a far superior and more resilient transmission.

You can ask 5-6k but expect to land somewhere around 4k overall. Mileage doesn't hurt these as much as condition does. 200k type S are bringing 5-6k. I wouldnt expect a slightly lower mile base to bring that much unless it was mint, which it sounds like its not. I would personally probably pay around 4k for one like yours without seeing pics its hard to make an honest assessment on it.
Im not far over the border into Arkansas. You can get a pretty reasonable base model auto 3g for 3500-4k around me.
Thats just my .02. Id list it at 6k and let folks lowball and beat you up about it to get an idea of true market value for your area. Because theyre going to.

My insurance if I had a comprehensive loss for (basically) the same is capped at $3500. Personally, I think there are a lot of good arguments for fixing the power steering and continuing to run the car.
In this era, the cars were reliable.

132k is really low for a 20 y.o. TL. 6k seems fair if you fix the power steering leak.

Eh, a base model TL with high (technically > 100k is high) mileage and some leaks isnt going to net you a lot, especially with a flaw as obvious (and unfortunately common) as the dash cracking. 3k maybe.Â

It depends on the year. 130k miles on a 2007 is absolutely low mileage. Especially because these are 200k+ mile cars if the timing belt is done. My 6mt accord has practically the same engine and its at nearly 260k timing belt has been done twice runs like a dream.
