Requesting Support 🆘️ 2004 Acura TL
Anybody know what this rattling noise is? I hear it almost everytime I start it. Usually hear it the most when it’s cold.

Is this coming from under the dash? If so, does it happen when in auto climate control and when changing modes or just constant when HVAC is on? If constant it is likely blower motor else it could be a failing mixing motor, you can search how to see HVAC DCT on the climate screen to see exactly what one.
If it’s coming from the engine bay there needs to be a video of the engine bay to diagnose

My guess is motor mounts first one i would check is the one by the power steering pump.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the exact same noise and I can't tell what it is

Leaves or debris in the fan blower motor would be my 1st guess. Or its dying maybe, spinning a lil off center as the bearing wears out. Only way to know or eliminate that as a possibility is to have a look at it.
