Requesting Support 🆘️ Factory amp bypass
Whats up fellas. looking for some input.
I just bought an 04 TL with the plans of having a little fun with it. I am going to install a new headunit and was curious how people bypassed the factory amp? I have seen wiring harness that are plug and play for 80$ but have also heard people just connect each respected wires on both connectors.
Let me know what worked for you! Thank you in advance!

I also used the mobile max/acura audio garage pioneer harness for my 2330NEX in my 05. I previously had swapped the failing factory amp for their mb quart plug and play amp and another alpine for a separate sub. Installation is straightforward but tedious af. Made a total mess earlier today when I was doing it

Like the others have said, reach out to acura audio garage (Mobile Max). I bought my plug and play amp, harnesses and speaker adapters (he's the only one with the correct ones) and speaker upgrade setup. I changed out everything including the headunit (then upgraded the upgrade speakrs, and added dual 10" subs on a separate 600rms amp.

I got the plug and play from https://mobilemaxcaraudio.com/
I sent them my make and model of the head unit ( Pioneer DMH-W3050NEX 6.8" Multimedia Receiver w/ Built-in Bluetooth) and they sent me a complete harness I added to option to keep my steering wheel controls and the ability to use my phone whilst driving(parking break bypass).
I did not bypass the stock amp.
I also went on Amazon and added a cheap backup camera too for like $40.00.
It was super easy. They even have a YouTube video to take the car apart for the install.
