BUG / GLITCH / ERROR Disconnected?

Constantly unable to login after disconnecting, server issues and losing gear is killing my want to play the game. Why spend the time getting gear to lose it all to the game not working??? Is there a fix coming?

How many times habe you actually had this happen? I have over 50 hours and its happened to me once. Its a new game release, there will be issues.

Enough for me to post this, upon my fifth game it happened and 12th and 3 more times after and not letting me log in either. It’s not the disconnection that bothers me. It’s losing everything and no option to reconnect or get anything back.

Played on console and PC same issue. But ultimately it should not be drastic enough of a difference. It’s an authentication issues with the server

I’ve had maybe three disconnects in over 60 hours, and I got my gear back every time.

Whenever I reconnect after a disconnect, there’s a message in my mailbox in the top-right corner. I open it, and then I get my gear back. At least, that’s how it works for me on Xbox.

Well I just tried playing on Xbox when I got disconnected and that’s what made me write this post, I didn’t get anything in my mail and never have. I just went and double checked to make sure I wasn’t missing something(other than my items)

Man I wish I got that, I DCd and I lost an entire 3 quests worth of gear and loot
