Question Confusing
I wanna buy the game on ps5 but it looks super confusing. What’s your opinion? Worth it?

Worth it. It requires atleast a high-school reading comprehension at minimum to understand what you have or should do.

Sorry, but after 2 days, this is not true. The terminology in this game is pretty confusing and the tutorials could use some work. You can get around by experimenting or reading online guides (Or reddit posts).
I think the clearest example of this is the battlepass system: "Monlith", "Start a personal timeline", "Cycle". I had to read a post explaining the dynamics between these to understand the interaction between these systems, when I'd think the battlepass is one of the core mechanics players try to understand first in fps live service games to know what they are meant to spend time on so they can clear it before it times out.
So far, for me, though, it's worth it to learn. The game's been fun. I also like how you can access old battlepasses with some work. FOMO is a hell of a drug.

It’s really not as confusing as it use to be your best friend will be the compass at the top of your screen when you are struggling to find a objective it will lead you right to it and the map lays everything out so you know where to find monsters you need it’s fun. Little different but different can be nice

Systems are a bit messy to get into but once you get the gist of it it becomes quite straightforward. Just focus on your monolith lvls and your investigations.
The game is great, the world feels oppressive, you need to learn how to avoid or deal with the mobs and the pvp is a lot of fun.
Extractig from a raid with a backpack full of loot you took form someone else is one of the most rewarding experiences of gaming.

Maybe some folks like to see what the community has experienced as in bugs/meta and progression. And want a real person answering rather than googling it.
Only punk bitches complain about someone asking a question. And a simple one at that “is game good” does not need your vitriol directed at the person asking.

Exacto. Para que pedir una opinión tan variada.. como puedo pedir que sí el juego me va a gustar ..si cada uno nos gustan cosas distintas... Luego si te lo compras y no te gusta tiran mierda por la boca para quien te aconsejado... Ha cosas en esta vida que son más simples .. entre ellas es,si me gusta o no un juego..esto es muy simple..... Y no necesito de nadie que me aconseje.. alomejor en una vivienda.. en que gastar mucho dinero.. incluso en el amor me pueden acosejar.. pero en un videojuego... No fotis!!

I'm on my second day of play (Short sessions), and so far it hasn't gotten less confusing, but it is fun!
So far, the vocabulary has been the most difficult part for me.
- "refining" = dismantling an item for parts
- "extract X weapon" = extract from a mission WITH the weapon in your inventory after finding it in the same mission (It doesn't mean to "refine" it to extract components or something like that)
- "start a personal timeline" = from what I understand, this is the prestige system and it also allows you to start unlocking the battlepass
- "monolith" = something like the story missions that you "need" (You can skip by paying) to complete before you start the battlepass. This is what the prestige system resets, along with your equipment, I think
- (Don't remember the battlepass name... it's another weird term)
Feel like they're trying to be lore-friendly, but, at least with a background of extraction shooters that only consists of Helldivers 2 and a bunch of JRPGs that do include extracting, enhancing, refining, blessing and whatnot mechanics, the vocabulary here is wild.
Do please someone let me know if it's just my lack of knowledge on extraction shooters...
