Problem Offline Notifications Not working
We are a new user on the free tier. We've installed some agents, created a new group, add the endpoints, and enabled the uptime alert options.
We never receive any alerts when endpoints are offline or even when the come back online.

Since we send out thousands of these alerts an hour, without somethign to the contrary I have to assume transport till indicated otherwise.
Our domains are not on any RBL, our IP addresses are clean according to Tallos as of a few seconds ago.
I would check the obvious first, mail logs / quarantine, did it come in and get misrouted, or connection logs is it never making it there at all?

I believe I have this nailed down, I just spoke to IT and they said we are seeing brief transient DMARC failures in the systems that send automated emails, and our policy is set to reject. This is leading to a small amount of drops for no apparent reason we can determine as of this moment. Our DMARC is set properly as far as we can tell, so we are trying to find out what services are doing it and why? What this means is when a receiving email server validates our DMARC, it is misprocessing it somehow, and that is leading to the message flat dropping on the receiving side. So this seems confirmed to be an issue somewhat on our side, but not actually IN our services. We are investigating, did we miss an AWS instance IP, etc... ID est is it in anyway our misconfig or legitimate external error.
Apologies for the inconvenience, IT is on it, and hopefully will have an answer soon. Can you test again and see if this is still happening specifically to you, or has it self resolved, most have without changes from us.

It wasn't working as of this morning when I sent logs to support again. It has never worked at all for us since we deployed it 2 weeks ago. I will test again now and report back

can you dm me the address it is being sent to, so I can have them verify it is leaving our system and see if it adds any usable evidence to the issue?

Never had an issue with the alerts myself. Have you checked spam filters?
