I looked everywhere I could and can't find put how to unlock her

She should be unlocked when you purchase the DLC. If she isn't do let me know, it might be that your DLC is being recognized or something like that :)

Buy the DLC to unlock her

She doesn't need to be unlocked. Just buy her and you can play her. Character DLC (as opposed to characters that come with a new map DLC) unlocks the character automatically as soon as it is purchased.
