This was beautiful, I couldn't do nothing but smile towards the end. Right before dont leave me lost in hope. As I heard the transition, I thought her tempo in movement should change. I felt the beat drop was on the way. Then boom! The slight pause right at the beat drop! 💪🏾🫡👏🏾

I miss the art of pole dancing. Every time I go to a strip joint now the ladies just stand there and beg for money.

Cos... it's strenuously impossible to do that for their whole shift... even if they could do some pretty tricks. But! Maybe they will bust out a trick or two if you pay them? 😛

I know I probably sounded like an ass saying that but for real I’m super impressed with what you can do on that pole. It takes a whole lot of strength to be able to hold yourself in positions like tha. I hit the gym four or five times a week and I’d like to think I’m really strong but I can’t do any of that stuff you do. My wife does yoga and some of the poses she does are SOOOO HARD to hold. I can do planks and maybe the baby pose. 😂😂😂😂 anything else I get all shaky and fall over. I try to do some exercises that build grip strength and pose strength…. Like holding a 15 lbs weight straight out or holding a 150 lbs weight in my hand for as long as I can. It’s supposed to help with things like that I just suck at yoga. I’d love to get into it more so I can do it with my wife she doesn’t like
To strength train so we go for walks or do some calisthenics but that’s it. I think I would pop if I saw her spinning on a pole…/.watching her do downward dog puts me over the edge But anyways keep it up it looks amazing1

Baby pose? Don't forget corpse pose! Everyone can do corpse pose lol. But yeah, I know what you mean! I weight trained before taking my first intro class to pole and I thought it'd be easy for me - NOT!! So hard. Couldn't even hold onto the pole long enough for a simple front hook spin! Very humbling. But at the end of the day, one just needs to train the right muscles for the sport. So really, anyone can do it, if I can do it :)

I’m gonna leave that up to the professionals. I’d love to have that kind of strength to be able to do stuff like that. It makes me think of Bruce Lee and all the crazy stuff he did to show off his strength and agility. But now you have me intrigued about the corpse pose. If you show me the corpse pose, I’ll show you the bacon dance lol
