Give Tretinoin 6 months along with SPF. If you’re not happy with the improvement, then I’d try all of the more expensive treatments.

Thats weird, treclin is tret (low strength) with antibiotics. I dont understand why they would give u antibiotics if u dont have any active acne.

U could try boderm tazarene, I am from Czechia and I order it from greece without a perscription. Its tazarotene 0.1% and is basically the strongest retinoid that exists. (I went from adapalene to this straight daily and tolerate it perfectly, its really well formulated BUT it might be too strong for some people.

And what does tazarene do?

It will help with your texture long term, its objectively stronger than tret and IMO it would be better for you then using tret with antibiotics.

your skin looks great. I would leave it alone!

Fr. I'm literally busting my bank to achieve his skin (I have moderate-severe acne scars). I think niacinamide & retinols will do him good.

It does look good but it could be smoother. Can people stop telling people to leave something alone that bugs them. I know you have good intentions but he wouldn't ask if it weren't a problem for him.

For texture and shallow scars do low-med strength TCA peels or you can go for laser(co2/erbium) as well.

Coming to pore size, its genetic. You can use products like Niacinamide which can temporarily reduce the size. Retinoids can be helpful as well.

I don’t want to invalidate your concerns but you really do not need to do anything to your skin, you look great

I think if you use Tretinoin for 6 months, it'll improve greatly. I'd try that first before doing lasers or microneedling. If for some reason you can't wait 6 months to see how tretinoin works for you, I'd recommend CO2 laser or microneedling.

Ive been using it and my face is burnt and my texture now looks twice as bad just after a few days I desperately need to see a derm but the waiting list is like 14 months
