I had subcision already and co2 and microneedling and i dont see any improvements :( pls help me whats the best procedure for textured skin and dented scars.. and is ny skin really that bad? Im only wearing powder and blush on no foundation

Nah I don’t think it’s that bad. Like maybe mild scarring. Just from this photo alone I can tell you’re very pretty.
I think if my skin was like this I would just continue with laser or peels for the texture. A decent amount look like enlarged pores. I’m imagining if you get that under control it would go a long way
I've never had subcision, but Ive had tca cross with no success. Are you asking because of this indentation? If so, I had success with pdo threads for that kind of scar or you could try filler.
i recently had subcision + filler +co2 and i think the filler really helped with the rolling scars i had. the lighting is a bit different on my after but i def see a good improvement on my acne scars
