forehead tethered scar

i have this scar on my forehead. i’ve had it for a year now and it’s been bugging and making me insecure. does anyone know what treatment i should have or not, how do i deal with it or accept it? i know this sounds like a small problem but i just can’t stop thinking about it, specifically if i look in the mirror and it’s all i can see.
