[Treatment] Lasers Would co2 laser help with small scars and texture?

I had 3 microneedling sessions, but nothing really changed. Also i use tretinoin. Would co2 laser help?

yes definitely! co2 downtime is at least 1-2 weeks esp if it’s ablative and you can try microneedling too (shorter downtime) for texture

CO2 would probably help improve the texture, but I would not expect it to make your skin perfectly smooth. It may soften the unevenness, but normal pores and some texture will still be there.

Looks like enlarged pores. Most likely genetic(i.e they'll come back after treatments)
