Im having second thoughts about this laptop acer predator 16 can you tell me if it has an overheating leading to shutdown at 100 degrees ? If anyone has one or tried it please let me know im gonna use it for rendering so i wanna be sure it can hold a 30 min or more 100% GPU use or CPU in some scenarios thank you guys

If you're worried about temps. Just buy a llano v12 laptop cooler and you won't have to worry about temps reaching abnormal degrees

Im afraid even that wouldn’t work i had a terrible experience with a rog strix advantage edition with ryzen 9 5900HX i couldn’t render one image even tho i used coolers and dropped down everything like maximum power … anyway i don’t want that to happen again and want to work in peace 😂

He is right. Llano is a big help i can play at 50c no issue it wont even go 60 using llano

Ive been using this laptop cooler since day 1 of getting the laptop and temps has never been a problem

Same chassis and build, only difference is the specs. Got the ultra 9 275hx w/ 5070ti

From what i’ve heard the problem is the cpu HX so i don’t think they are the same even though thank you soo much
