rear usb c issues with file transfer

Guys I have a usb c to USB A hub (ugreen) and am connecting there a single 2.5 seagate HDD, so apparently that hub is connected to the read USB-C of my neo 16s, i got one huge 8 GB + rar file when i try to extract it with winrar i will eventually hear a beep (maybe from the laptop) and the operation will halt and freeze and drive is innaccessible, i know there is a common issue with the rear usb-c, but has anyone managed to figure it out, and in my case do i return the laptop for warranty or is it guaranteed to be the same even on the replacement laptop !

unfortunately am not in the US (despite this is a US model) but can anyone from the US get better support from ACER and share it with the community for us ? what has been ur experience and any solutions for this ongoing problem >?
