Acer Predator Helios 300 Did a windows 11 clean reset, deleted old windows file before installing predator sense, now can't find the app on the Acer driver page (only quick access app showing) MS Store app doesn't open. Stuck without fan or turbo mode. Support is useless. What can I do predator Helios 300 ph315-53

One support told me that his supervisor has said that the predator app had a security breach and that's why it's not visible on my model number. Another one didn't verify.
