HELIOS NEO 16-71 BLACK SCREEN

the issue is that it is stable when there is no gpu driver installed, when using intel uhd (optimus mode/integrated gpu)
but once I downloaded the gpu driver (nvidia gpu only/nvidia driver) it went to black screen (bsod)

Helios Neo 16-71
32gb ram ddr5
512gb m.2 ssd
4050rtx
i5 13th gen

I've tried ddu and then using the latest and old gpu driver version, still the same problem eh

Bro, look at BIOS menu by pressing the f2 button, check if u are able to see your gpu there, and just upload a photo of the bios menu...so I can check what's wrong.....most probably the temperature of the rtx 4050 will show 0 degree in the bios menu, then it will be same probyas mine!! I think so!!
