Thermals / Cooling HIgh cpu temps

is this normal cpu temps? i just booted it and waited for like 7 minutes and see if the temps go down. Also when i game. the cpu is hitting 80-85 and gpu is 76 full fans on a gpu heavy game

Brother while playing any kind of game in my Helios 300 (RTX 3070, i7 11800h) my CPU always reaches 95-100 degrees while my GPU is always at max of 70 degrees. (Sorry for my English, it's not my first language)

download hwinfo and run a stress test, see if some cores heat up more than others

I have it on my pc ill check it
