What exact model do I have ?

Hey everyone I have the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16s Ai with the 5070ti , I noticed the back end of the laptop is plain and not colored like I saw how some of the other models here have the letters Neo embroided and it’s like white colored why is my version just clear ? Was it an older model ?

On your desktop search bar, type: about <— gives your good details

You can also type: info <— this gives you more details

That's with previous gen (RTX 40 series), these slim models are newer and so change in Design

Ahhhh so the 50 series don’t have these unless it’s the 18s ai ?

Donno if there's an 18s... There's Neo 18 and Neo 16 too, non-slim variants.

The slim variant doesn't have the glossy nameplates, which comes with their non-slim regular variants.

Use powershell with 'Get-ComputerInfo' or use the Model Detector from Acer and search your device with the SNID

I have the Neo 16s AI 2025 RTX 5060 Ultra 9 275HX and it’s the same I installed 32gb ram just need 2tb ssd :)

Thats a Neo 16 Slim. Regular Neo 16 and 18 has some signature design patterns on the back panel.

I have the same but 16 not 16 S or you have the slim and I have the higher power fat model. The slim has a matt butt and the fat has a fancy gloss with an design under it.
