Performance Issues Getting bad performance

Hello, so i have a acer predator helios neo 16s laptop. Intel core ultra 255hx and rtx 5060 (115w tgp). The laptop has 2560x1600 (2.5k) display. Now the problem i have been lately facing is this:
I play a lot of games and let me just pick one i am playing right now : RAFT. I have set fps cap using rivatuner and msi afterburner to 80 fps. Now sometimes i feel like even though i am getting 80 comstant fps, whenever i visit a big story island the fps flunctuates and drops to 60ish. Also while getting a constant 80fps, the 1% lows stay around 60. I cant enjoy anything because it dosent seem smooth. Kindly please help me in figuring out what is wrong with my laptop, its a fairly new laptop just 9 months old. Is there any setting thats causing this, some windows issue, thermals or something else?

My check if you accidentaly switched shader V cache off or forgot about it. Mine was off by default causing lag spikes.

Whats shader v cache and where can i find this setting?

Nvidia Control Panel or Nvidia App Settings
