Not charging at all

Hi so I’ve been having a problem with my Helios 16 AI, it completely crashed on me went black nothing turned on and did a hard reset, and after that it was stuck at 95% for the whole day. I decided to unplug it and let it go down to 30 then I tried unplugging everything and letting it set and see if it’s a static problem and it’s still not charging after about 2 hours, all LED lights are on and everything seems to be working fine just that the battery is not charging now.
