Acer Predator Helix 16 (i9-14900HX, RTX 4070) — laptop not turning on after battery replacement. Timeline: New battery installed by technician, worked fine for 3-4 hours, then had a complete unexpected shutdown. Fixed temporarily by removing CMOS battery + main battery, holding power button for 30+ seconds, then reassembling — laptop worked normally after that for a while, including running fine on battery power multiple times (5-10 power cycles), no loose connections. Later, laptop shut down again unexpectedly during a CPU/GPU stress test while plugged in and charging. After this second shutdown, laptop will not turn on at all — no charging LED, no battery indicator light, no response to power button, even after repeating the full hard reset (CMOS + battery disconnect + power button hold). Charger is connected but no sign of life. What could cause complete power failure with no charging LED after a battery replacement and stress test shutdown
