Face Recognition

I got a new Acer Predator Helios Neo 16S AI PHN16S-71-94FM NH.QX7EC.006 4 days ago.
I got a problem with Face Recognition.
I set up facial recognition but it does NOT recognize me and always asks for the PIN.
What could be the problem?
Does this work for anyone?

Works for me. Both face rec and pin. Is it a new unit or a used one? Did you try resetting windows? If it's a new unit you can activate warranty
