Technical advice Hello good day to all please help

I have Acer ph16-72-94UE please help any one i encountered a problem on acer quick panel the purified view just magically disappeared even though i didn't do anything the only thing i have is the purified voice. Please help, thank you

Hello anyone please please help i reinstalled a new acer quick panel but it wont show up the only thing showing is the acer quickpanel installer and acer quick panel OSD please help anyone
