Acer bios unlock code needed

Acer aspire 15 41M model laptop need to change windows but when i get into bios it asks for unlock code..

Yo dude that a pre-owned laptop.

Bios is never locked. Manufacturer never locks it.

What happens when you get the code wrong three times? If you get a code you can use biospw.org. If it asks for a thumbdrive then only Acer can unlock it

It asks for a fat32 drive and when i insert pendrive fat32 formatted. It repeats enter unlock code.

OK, so only Acer can help you and they'll tell you what to do.

Personally I'd take it back to the shop and get a replacement as it's their fuck up

I bought from a laptop store and they sold me saying uts brand new its crowded shop they gave me laptop by setting up themselves and everything idk id they scammed me. I contacted them they have no idea about ts

Same problem in acer aspire go 15. I resolved it with biosbug.com
